DIY laundry detergent

For those of you who have discovered my blog, thanks for reading. I hope that we are all able to find new ways to save money not only for myself but for all of my followers. I have recently become very interested in DIY (Do It Yourself) products. One in particular that I would like to try is DIY laundry detergent. I've heard so many great success stories. Here is a link on the recipe I would like to try for myself from www.diynatural.com It is for powered laundry detergent, which I have not been the biggest fan of in past years, but the DIY liquid detergent involves boiling water and large storage containers, two things I would like to stay away from if at all possible.
